Terms of use
Jobspiegel.ch makes
this website (the “Site”), including all information, documents,
communications, files, text, graphics and software available
through the Site (collectively, the “Materials”) and all
services operated by Jobspiegel.ch and third parties through the
Site (the “Services”), available for your use subject to the
following terms and conditions and such further changes to these
terms and conditions as Jobspiegel.ch may publish from time to
time (the “Terms of Use”).
By accessing or using
the Site in any way, including, but not limited to, use of any
of the Services, downloading any Materials, or browsing the
Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, without
limitation or qualification.
Jobspiegel.ch
reserves
the right to change these Terms of Use and other guidelines or
rules posted on the Site from time to time at its sole and
absolute discretion and will endeavor to provide notice of
material changes on the home page of the Site. Your continued
use of the Site, or any Materials or Services accessible through
it constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
If you do not comply with these Terms of Use, your authorisation
to use this Site will immediately end and any Materials that you
may have downloaded or printed from the Site must be immediately
destroyed.
1. Intellectual

trademark, patent, and/or other intellectual property laws, and

Jobspiegel.ch does not grant any rights to use the Materials and/or

sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based
on the Site, its Materials, or its Services or their selection
and arrangement, except as expressly authorised in these Terms
of Use or as otherwise stated on the Site. In addition, you
agree not to use any data mining, robots, or similar data
gathering and extraction methods in connection with the Site.
In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Use as stated
herein and any other terms as may be stated within the body of
the Site these Terms of Use still prevail.
2. User Conduct
In using the Site, including all Services and Materials
available through it, you represent, warrant and agree:
· Not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise
cause harm to, the Site, or any Services, Materials, system
resources, accounts, passwords, servers, or networks connected
to or accessible through the Site or any affiliated or linked

· Not to upload, post or otherwise transmit through the Site any
viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files;

· Not to intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable
local, state, national or international law, or any regulations
having the force of law; and
· To indemnify Jobspiegel.chl in respect of any and all claims
brought by a third party againstJobspiegel.ch arising out of or

3. Managing Content
and Communications
Jobspiegel.ch reserves the right, at its sole and absolute
discretion, to delete or remove user content from the Site and
to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or parts
of this Site, at any time (including, but not limited to,
circumstances giving rise to our good faith belief that you have
not complied with these Terms of Use) without prior notice or
liability.
Jobspiegel.ch reserves the right at it sole and absolute
discretion to, monitor or review (i) any areas of the Site where
users transmit or post user content, including but not limited
to areas where Services are available, and (ii) the substance of
any user content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobspiegel.ch shall have
no liability relating to user content arising under the laws of
copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise and you shall
keep us fully indemnified in this regard at all times.
4. User Registration
Where use of the Site or certain Services of the Site require
user registration, you will be required to provide registration
information (the “Registration Data”).
In registering to use the Site, (including all Services and
Materials made available through it), you agree to:

discretion and with immediate effect, to terminate or suspend
your use of the Site, terminate or suspend your account, remove
or edit content and refuse any current or future use of the
Services if it believes in good faith that you have knowingly

and agree that:

8. Events Beyond Our
Reasonable Control
Jobspiegel.ch
will not
be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its
obligations under these Terms of Use where such delay or failure
arises from any cause beyond its reasonable control. This
condition does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Waiver
No delay or omission
or failure to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms of
Use shall be treated as a waiver of the future exercise by
Jobspiegel.ch of such (or any other) right or remedy.
10. Governing Law and
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iran,
Switzerland, and the UAE. You agree, as does Jobspiegel.ch,
to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the
above mentioned countries.
